Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Najran, from Aasim Bin Humeyd, from Muhammad Bin Qays who said, ‘Abu Ja’farasws said; ‘Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic Said to Hisazwj Prophetsaww: “<span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:66#h1"><a href="/books/quran:66#h1">[66:1]</a></a> O Prophet! Do not deny (yourself) that which Allah has made lawful for you <a href="/#/books/quran:66#h2"><a href="/books/quran:66#h2">[66:2]</a></a> Allah indeed has Sanctioned for you the expiation of your oaths</span>. So Heazwj Made it to be an oath, and Rasool-Allahsaww expiated it’. I said, ‘With what did hesaww expiate?’ Heasws said: ‘Hesaww fed ten poor, for each poor being a handful’. We said, ‘So what is the limit of the clothing?’ Heasws said: ‘A cloth by which his nakedness can be covered’.
