سُئِلَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُقْسِمُ عَلَى أَخِيهِ قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ إِنَّمَا أَرَادَ إِكْرَامَهُ .
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Fazzal, from Hafs, and someone else from our companions, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> was asked about the man who swore upon his brother. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is nothing upon him. But rather he intended to honour him’.
