عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ ظَهَرَ الْفَسادُ فِي الْبَرِّ وَ الْبَحْرِ بِما كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِي النَّاسِ قَالَ ذَاكَ وَ اللَّهِ حِينَ قَالَتِ الْأَنْصَارُ مِنَّا أَمِيرٌ وَ مِنْكُمْ أَمِيرٌ .

محمد بن یحیی نے محمد بن الحسین سے، انہوں نے علی بن النعمان سے، انہوں نے ابن مسکان سے، انہوں نے محمد بن مسلم سے، انہوں نے ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے اللہ عزوجل کے اس قول کے بارے میں: 'خشکی اور سمندر میں فساد ظاہر ہوا اس کی وجہ سے جو لوگوں کے ہاتھوں نے کیا' آپ نے فرمایا: وہ، خدا کی قسم، اس وقت تھا جب انصار نے کہا: 'ہم میں سے ایک امیر اور تم میں سے ایک امیر۔'
Translation
<a id="_Toc492473112">H 14467</a> – Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al-Husyan, fom Ali Bin Al-No’man, from Ibn Muskaan, from Muhammad Bin Muslim who has said: <span class="first-chapter-phrase"><span class="first-in-chapter character-a">A</span>bu Ja’far</span><sup>a</sup><sup>sws</sup> regarding the Statement of the Mighty and Majestic: <span class="ibTxt">“<a href="/#/books/quran:30#h41"><a href="/books/quran:30#h41">[30:41]</a></a> Corruption has appeared in the land and the sea on account of what the hands of men have wrought”</span>, he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘By Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, that was when the ‘Al-Ansar’ (Helpers) said, ‘from us should be an Emir (commander), and from you should be an Emir’ (referring to Saqifa).
