مَنْ وُلِدَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ حُرّاً فَهُوَ عَرَبِيٌّ وَ مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ عَهْدٌ فَخُفِرَ فِي عَهْدِهِ فَهُوَ مَوْلًى لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ (صلى الله عليه وآله) وَ مَنْ دَخَلَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ طَوْعاً فَهُوَ مُهَاجِرٌ.
Translation
<a id="_Toc492473245">H 14574</a> – Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Yaqoub Bin Yazeed, from Abdu Rabbahu Bin Raf’e Al-Hubaab Bin Musa, who has narrated the following: <span class="first-chapter-phrase"><span class="first-in-chapter character-a">A</span>bu Ja’far</span><sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The one born in Al-Islam as a free person, so he is an Arab, and the one who had a treaty for him and he kept to it, so he is a slave of the Rasool Allah<sup>saww</sup>, and the one who entered in Al-Islam willingly, so he is an emigrant’.
