الْحَزْمُ فِي الْقَلْبِ وَ الرَّحْمَةُ وَ الْغِلْظَةُ فِي الْكَبِدِ وَ الْحَيَاءُ فِي الرِّيَةِ. وَ فِي حَدِيثٍ آخَرَ لِأَبِي جَمِيلَةَ الْعَقْلُ مَسْكَنُهُ فِي الْقَلْبِ.
Translation
<a id="_Toc492473343">H 14666</a> – Muhammad Bin yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Nasr, and Al-Hassan Bin Ali Bin Fazzaal, from Abu Jameela, who has narrated the following: <span class="first-chapter-phrase"><span class="first-in-chapter character-a">A</span>bu Abdullah</span><sup>asws</sup> said: ‘الْحَزْمُ’ Firmness is in the heart, and the ‘الرَّحْمَةُ وَ الْغِلْظَةُ’ compassion and the harshness is in the liver, and ‘الْحَيَاءُ’ bashfulness (honour) is in the lungs’. And in another Hadeeth from Abu Jameela, he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The intellect dwells in the heart’.
