John Shaqi

14696- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عليه السلام) لا تَسْئَلُوا عَنْ أَشْياءَ لَمْ تُبْدَ لَكُمْ إِنْ تُبْدَ لَكُمْ تَسُؤْكُمْ.


Translation

<a id="_Toc492473373">H 14696</a> – A number of our companions, from Sahl Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Nasr, from a man, who has narrated: <span class="first-chapter-phrase"><span class="first-in-chapter character-a">A</span>bu Ja’far</span><sup style="font-weight: normal">asws</sup> (has explained this verse) about <span class="ibTxt">“<a href="/#/books/quran:5#h101"><a href="/books/quran:5#h101">[5:101]</a></a> O you who believe! do not put questions about things which if declared to you may trouble you”</span>
