قُلْتُ لَهُ بِأَيِّ شَيْءٍ يُعْلَمُ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِأَنَّهُ مُؤْمِنٌ قَالَ بِالتَّسْلِيمِ لِلَّهِ وَ الرِّضَا فِيمَا وَرَدَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ سُرُورٍ أَوْ سَخَطٍ .
Translation
From him, from his father, from Ibn Sinan, from the one who mentioned it, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup style="font-weight: normal">asws</sup>, said, ‘I said to him<sup style="font-weight: normal">asws</sup>, ‘By which thing does the <span class="iTxt">Momin</span> know that he is a <span class="iTxt">Momin</span>?’ He<sup style="font-weight: normal">asws</sup> said: ‘By the submission to Allah<sup style="font-weight: normal">azwj</sup>, and the satisfaction regarding whatever traspires upon him, from the joy or anger’.
