John Shaqi

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) الطَّاعِمُ الشَّاكِرُ لَهُ مِنَ الْأَجْرِ كَأَجْرِ الصَّائِمِ الْمُحْتَسِبِ وَ الْمُعَافَى الشَّاكِرُ لَهُ مِنَ الْأَجْرِ كَأَجْرِ الْمُبْتَلَى الصَّابِرِ وَ الْمُعْطَى الشَّاكِرُ لَهُ مِنَ الْأَجْرِ كَأَجْرِ الْمَحْرُومِ الْقَانِعِ .


Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘The feeder of the food, the grateful, for him would be the Recompense like the Recompense of the Fasting one bringing himself to account; and the one of good health, the grateful, for him would be from the Recompense like the Recompense of the afflicted one (with illness), the patient; and the Given one, the grateful, for him would be from the Recompense, like the Recompense of the deprived one, the contented’.
