قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) مَا لِي وَ لِلدُّنْيَا إِنَّمَا مَثَلِي وَ مَثَلُهَا كَمَثَلِ الرَّاكِبِ رُفِعَتْ لَهُ شَجَرَةٌ فِي يَوْمٍ صَائِفٍ فَقَالَ تَحْتَهَا ثُمَّ رَاحَ وَ تَرَكَهَا .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Khalid, from Al Qasim Bin Yahya, from his grandfather Al Hassan Bin Rashid, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘What is it to me<sup>saww</sup> and the world. But rather, the likes of me<sup>saww</sup> and it are like an example of the rider, a tree is raised for him during a day of scorching heat, so he goes underneath it (for shade), then rests, and leaves it’.
