سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ إِنَّ الرَّحِمَ مُعَلَّقَةٌ بِالْعَرْشِ تَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ صِلْ مَنْ وَصَلَنِي وَ اقْطَعْ مَنْ قَطَعَنِي وَ هِيَ رَحِمُ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ هُوَ قَوْلُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ الَّذِينَ يَصِلُونَ ما أَمَرَ اللَّهُ بِهِ أَنْ يُوصَلَ وَ رَحِمُ كُلِّ ذِي رَحِمٍ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moallah Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali Al Washa, from Ali Bin Abu Hamza, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I heard him<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘The kinship (of the Progeny<sup>asws</sup> of Muhammad<sup>saww</sup>) would attach itself with the Throne saying, ‘O Allah<sup>azwj</sup>! Maintain with the one who maintained me and Cut off the one who cut me off, and it is the relationship with the Progeny<sup>asws</sup> of Muhammad<sup>saww</sup>, and these are the Words of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:13#h21"><a href="/books/quran:13#h21">[13:21]</a></a> And those who join what Allah has Bidden to be joined</span> – and the relative is every one with the relationship’.
