Al-Kafi 2011

Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Safwan Al Jammal who said, ‘There occurred (heated) words between Abu Abdullah^asws and Abdullah Bin Al-Hassan and the clamour occurred between them, and the people gathered. So they both separated with their respective adherents due to that, and in the morning I went regarding the need, and there was Abu Abdullah^asws at the door of Abdullah Bin Al-Hassan, and he^asws was saying: ‘O maid! Tell Abu Muhammad to come out’. He (the narrator) said, ‘So he came out as said, ‘O Abu Abdullah^asws, what made you^asws come so early?’ So he^asws said: ‘I^asws recited a Verse from the Book of Allah^azwj Mighty and Majestic yesterday so it worried me^asws’. He said, ‘And what is it?’ He^asws said ‘The Words of Allah^azwj, Majestic and Mighty is His^azwj Mention <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:13#h21"><a href="/books/quran:13#h21">[13:21]</a></a> And those who join what Allah has Bidden to be joined and have awe of their Lord and they are fearing the evil Reckoning</span>’. So he said, ‘You^asws speak the truth. It is as if I never read this Verse from the Book of Allah^azwj Majestic and Mighty at all’. So they both hugged and wept’.
