مَنْ لَمْ يَهْتَمَّ بِأُمُورِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَلَيْسَ بِمُسْلِمٍ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Ibn Mahboub, from Muhammad Bin Al Qasim Al Hashimy, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who is not concerned with the affairs of the Muslims, so he is not a Muslim’.
