سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ مَنْ خَالَفَ كِتَابَ اللَّهِ وَ سُنَّةَ مُحَمَّدٍ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) فَقَدْ كَفَرَ .

اس نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا: جو کوئی اللہ کی کتاب اور محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی سنت کی مخالفت کرے، وہ یقیناً کافر ہو گیا۔
Translation
And by this chain, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from one of his companions who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘The one who opposes the Book of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> and the Sunnah of Muhammad<sup>saww</sup>, so he has disbelieved’.
