John Shaqi

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَمْزَةَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ الْعَبْدَ الصَّالِحَ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ مَنْ زَارَ أَخَاهُ الْمُؤْمِنَ لِلَّهِ لَا لِغَيْرِهِ يَطْلُبُ بِهِ ثَوَابَ اللَّهِ وَ تَنَجُّزَ مَا وَعَدَهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَكَّلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ بِهِ سَبْعِينَ أَلْفَ مَلَكٍ مِنْ حِينِ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ مَنْزِلِهِ حَتَّى يَعُودَ إِلَيْهِ يُنَادُونَهُ أَلَا طِبْتَ وَ طَابَتْ لَكَ الْجَنَّةُ تَبَوَّأْتَ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ مَنْزِلًا .


Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Abu Ayoub who said, ‘I heard Abu Hamza saying, ‘I heard Al-Abd Al-Salih<sup>asws</sup> (7<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) saying: ‘The one who visits his brother <span class="iTxt">Momin</span> for the Sake of Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, not for anything else, seeking by it the Rewards of Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, and accomplishment of what Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic Promised, Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic would Allocate seventy thousand Angels with him, from when he goes out from his house until he returns to it, calling out to him: ‘Indeed! You have done well, and the Paradise is (Made to be) better for you for assuming a house in the Paradise’’.
