لَأَنْ آخُذَ خَمْسَةَ دَرَاهِمَ وَ أَدْخُلَ إِلَى سُوقِكُمْ هَذَا فَأَبْتَاعَ بِهَا الطَّعَامَ وَ أَجْمَعَ نَفَراً مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أُعْتِقَ نَسَمَةً .
Translation
From him, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Aban Bin Usman, from Abdul Rahman Bin Abu Abdullah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘If I<sup>asws</sup> were to take five Dirhams and enter into this market of yours, and I buy some food by it, and gather a number of Muslims (to partake from it), it would be more beloved to me<sup>asws</sup> than if I<sup>asws</sup> were to free a person’.
