يَجِبُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِ النَّصِيحَةُ لَهُ فِي الْمَشْهَدِ وَ الْمَغِيبِ .
Translation
From him, from Ibn Mahboub, from Muawiya Bin Wahab, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘It is an Obligation for the <span class="iTxt">Momin</span> upon the <span class="iTxt">Momin</span>, the advice during the presence and the absence’.
