مِنْ أَخْلَاقِ الْمُؤْمِنِ الْإِنْفَاقُ عَلَى قَدْرِ الْإِقْتَارِ وَ التَّوَسُّعُ عَلَى قَدْرِ التَّوَسُّعِ وَ إِنْصَافُ النَّاسِ وَ ابْتِدَاؤُهُ إِيَّاهُمْ بِالسَّلَامِ عَلَيْهِمْ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Malik Bin Atiyya, from Abu Hamza, (It has been narrated) from Ali<sup>asws</sup> Bin Al-Husayn<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘From the mannerisms of the <span class="iTxt">Momin</span> is the spending upon a measurement of the standard of living, and being capacious upon a measurement of the capacity, and fairness to the people, and initiating them with the greetings upon them’.
