إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ كِفَّةِ الْمِيزَانِ كُلَّمَا زِيدَ فِي إِيمَانِهِ زِيدَ فِي بَلَائِهِ .

ہمارے چند اصحاب، احمد بن ابی عبد اللہ سے، ان کے ایک ساتھی سے، محمد بن المثنّی الحضرمی سے، محمد بن بہلول بن مسلم العبدی سے، ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: بے شک مومن میزان کے پلڑے کی مانند ہے؛ جب بھی اس کے ایمان میں اضافہ ہوتا ہے، اس کی آزمائش میں بھی اضافہ ہوتا ہے۔
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah, from one of his companions, from Muhammad Bin Al Musanna Al Hazramy, from Muhammad Bin Bahloul Bin Muslim Al Abdy, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘But rather, the <span class="iTxt">Momin</span> is at the status of the hand of the scale. Every time his <span class="iTxt">Emān</span> increases, there is an increase in his afflictions’.
