إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ أَمَرَ اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى مُنَادِياً يُنَادِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ أَيْنَ الْفُقَرَاءُ فَيَقُومُ عُنُقٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ كَثِيرٌ فَيَقُولُ عِبَادِي فَيَقُولُونَ لَبَّيْكَ رَبَّنَا فَيَقُولُ إِنِّي لَمْ أُفْقِرْكُمْ لِهَوَانٍ بِكُمْ عَلَيَّ وَ لَكِنِّي إِنَّمَا اخْتَرْتُكُمْ لِمِثْلِ هَذَا الْيَوْمِ تَصَفَّحُوا وُجُوهَ النَّاسِ فَمَنْ صَنَعَ إِلَيْكُمْ مَعْرُوفاً لَمْ يَصْنَعْهُ إِلَّا فِيَّ فَكَافُوهُ عَنِّي بِالْجَنَّةِ .

ہمارے بعض اصحاب نے احمد بن محمد بن ابی نصر سے، انہوں نے عیسیٰ الفراء سے، انہوں نے محمد بن مسلم سے، انہوں نے ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: جب قیامت کا دن ہوگا تو اللہ، بابرکت اور بلند و برتر، ایک منادی کو حکم دے گا کہ وہ اس کے سامنے پکارے: “فقیر لوگ کہاں ہیں؟” پھر لوگوں میں سے ایک بہت بڑا گروہ کھڑا ہوگا۔ وہ فرمائے گا: “میرے بندو”، اور وہ کہیں گے: “ہم حاضر ہیں، ہمارے رب!” وہ فرمائے گا: “میں نے تمہیں میرے نزدیک کسی ذلت کی وجہ سے فقیر نہیں بنایا، بلکہ میں نے تمہیں اسی دن کے مانند کے لیے چنا تھا۔” “پس لوگوں کے چہروں کو دیکھو: جس نے تمہارے ساتھ کوئی بھلائی کی ہو، اور وہ صرف میرے لیے کی ہو، تو میری طرف سے اسے جنت کے ساتھ بدلہ دو۔”
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Nasr, from Isa Al Farr’a, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When it will be the Day of Judgement, Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Blessed and High will Command a Caller to Call out in front of Him<sup>azwj</sup>: ‘Where are the poor ones?’ So a lot of necks from the people would be rising. So He<sup>azwj</sup> would be Saying: “My<sup>azwj</sup> servants!” So they would be saying, ‘Here we are, our Lord<sup>azwj</sup>!’ So He<sup>azwj</sup> would be Saying: “I<sup>azwj</sup> did not Impoverish you all in order to Abase you, but rather, I Chose you all for the like of this Day. Browse through the faces of the people, so the ones who were good towards you, not being good except for Me<sup>azwj</sup>, so compensate them from Me<sup>azwj</sup>, with the Paradise”’.
