قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) ثَلَاثٌ مَلْعُونَاتٌ مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ فَعَلَهُنَّ الْمُتَغَوِّطُ فِي ظِلِّ النُّزَّالِ وَ الْمَانِعُ الْمَاءَ الْمُنْتَابَ وَ السَّادُّ الطَّرِيقَ الْمُعْرَبَةَ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Ibrahim Bin Ziyad Al Karkhy, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘Three (things) are cursed. Accursed is the one who does these – The defecation in the shade of encampments (public places), and the prevention of the allocated water, and the blocking of public roads’.
