قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( صلوات الله عليه ) مَنْ خَافَ الْقِصَاصَ كَفَّ عَنْ ظُلْمِ النَّاسِ .
Translation
From him, from his father, from Haroun Bin Al Jahm, from Hafs Bin Umar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-<span class="iTxt">Momin</span>een<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The one who fears the retaliation should refrain from oppressing the people’.
