قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) مَنْ خَافَ الْقِصَاصَ كَفَّ عَنْ ظُلْمِ النَّاسِ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ali Bin Asbaat, from the one who mentioned it, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘The one who fears the retaliation should refrain from oppressing the people’.
