مَنْ رَوَّعَ مُؤْمِناً بِسُلْطَانٍ لِيُصِيبَهُ مِنْهُ مَكْرُوهٌ فَلَمْ يُصِبْهُ فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ وَ مَنْ رَوَّعَ مُؤْمِناً بِسُلْطَانٍ لِيُصِيبَهُ مِنْهُ مَكْرُوهٌ فَأَصَابَهُ فَهُوَ مَعَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَ آلِ فِرْعَوْنَ فِي النَّارِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Abu Is’haq Al Khaffaf, from one of the Kufians, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who scares a <span class="iTxt">Momin</span> by a ruling authority in order for him to be hit by an abhorrence from him, but it does not hit him, so he would be in the Fire; and the one who scares a <span class="iTxt">Momin</span> by a ruling authority in order for him to be hit by an abhorrence from him, so it does hit him, so he would be along with Pharaoh<sup>la</sup> and the people of the Pharaoh<sup>la</sup> in the Fire’.
