قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) إِذَا أَرَدْتَ أَنْ تَدْعُوَ فَمَجِّدِ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ احْمَدْهُ وَ سَبِّحْهُ وَ هَلِّلْهُ وَ أَثْنِ عَلَيْهِ وَ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِيِّ وَ آلِهِ ثُمَّ سَلْ تُعْطَ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Hammad Bin usman, from Al Haris Bin Al Mugheira who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Whenever you intend to supplicate, so Glorify Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic and Praise Him<sup>azwj</sup>, and Glorify Him<sup>azwj</sup>, and Extol Him<sup>azwj</sup>, and Laud upon Him<sup>azwj</sup>, and send Blessings upon Muhammad<sup>saww</sup> the Prophet<sup>saww</sup> and his<sup>saww</sup> Progeny<sup>asws</sup>, then ask, you would be Given’.
