سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ سُبْحانَ اللَّهِ مَا يُعْنَى بِهِ قَالَ تَنْزِيهُهُ .

احمد بن مہران نے عبد العظیم بن عبداللہ الحسنی سے، انہوں نے علی بن اسباط سے، انہوں نے سلیمان مولیٰ طرباله سے، انہوں نے ہشام الجوالیقی سے روایت کی، انہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبداللہ (علیہ السلام) سے اللہ عزوجل کے اس قول کے بارے میں پوچھا: «سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ» اس سے کیا مراد ہے؟ آپ نے فرمایا: «اس کی تنزیہ۔»
Translation
Ahmad Bin Mihran, from Abdul Azeem Bin Abdullah Al Hasany, from Ali Bin Asbat, from Suleyman, a slave of Tirbal, from Hisham Al Jawaliqy who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about the Words of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:23#h91"><a href="/books/quran:23#h91">[23:91]</a></a> Glory be to Allah</span>, what is the Meaning of it?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘His<sup>azwj</sup> Transcendence’.
