لَا يَكْتُبُ الْمَلَكُ إِلَّا مَا سَمِعَ وَ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ اذْكُرْ رَبَّكَ فِي نَفْسِكَ تَضَرُّعاً وَ خِيفَةً فَلَا يَعْلَمُ ثَوَابَ ذَلِكَ الذِّكْرِ فِي نَفْسِ الرَّجُلِ غَيْرُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ لِعَظَمَتِهِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Hammad, from Hareyz, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) having said: ‘The Angel does not write down except what he hears, and Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic Says <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:7#h205"><a href="/books/quran:7#h205">[7:205]</a></a> And remember your Lord within yourself humbly and fearing</span>. So no one would know the Reward of that <span class="iTxt">Zikr</span> in the self of the man apart from Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic, due to is magnitude’.
