John Shaqi

مَرِضَ عَلِيٌّ ( صلوات الله عليه )  فَأَتَاهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) فَقَالَ لَهُ قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ تَعْجِيلَ عَافِيَتِكَ وَ صَبْراً عَلَى بَلِيَّتِكَ وَ خُرُوجاً إِلَى رَحْمَتِكَ .


Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from one of his companions, from Abu Hamza, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Ali<sup>asws</sup> fell sick, so Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> came over to him<sup>asws</sup> and said to him<sup>asws</sup>: ‘Say: ‘O Allah<sup>azwj</sup>! I<sup>asws</sup> ask You<sup>azwj</sup> of quick recovery and patience upon Your<sup>azwj</sup> affliction, and an exit into Your<sup>azwj</sup> Mercy’’.
