إِنَّ الْقُرْآنَ الَّذِي جَاءَ بِهِ جَبْرَئِيلُ ( عليه السلام ) إِلَى مُحَمَّدٍ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) سَبْعَةَ عَشَرَ أَلْفَ آيَةٍ .
Translation
Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Hisham Bin Salim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The Quran which Jibraeel<sup>as</sup> came with unto Muhammad<sup>saww</sup> was of seventeen thousand Verses’.
