قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) ثَلَاثٌ يُصْفِينَ وُدَّ الْمَرْءِ لِأَخِيهِ الْمُسْلِمِ يَلْقَاهُ بِالْبُشْرِ إِذَا لَقِيَهُ وَ يُوَسِّعُ لَهُ فِي الْمَجْلِسِ إِذَا جَلَسَ إِلَيْهِ وَ يَدْعُوهُ بِأَحَبِّ الْأَسْمَاءِ إِلَيْهِ .

علی ابن ابراہیم نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے النوفلی سے، انہوں نے السکونی سے، انہوں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: 'تین چیزیں آدمی کی اپنے مسلمان بھائی کے لیے محبت کو خالص کرتی ہیں: جب اس سے ملے تو خوشی سے ملے، جب وہ اس کے پاس بیٹھنے آئے تو مجلس میں اس کے لیے جگہ کشادہ کرے، اور اسے اس کے سب سے محبوب نام سے پکارے۔'
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘Three (things) would purify a Muslim’s love for his brother (in <span class="iTxt">Eman</span>) – he meets him with a smile when he does meet him, and makes space for him in the gathering when he comes over to sit, and he calls him with the name most beloved to him’.
