قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) امْحُوا كِتَابَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى وَ ذِكْرَهُ بِأَطْهَرِ مَا تَجِدُونَ وَ نَهَى أَنْ يُحْرَقَ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ وَ نَهَى أَنْ يُمْحَى بِالْأَقْلَامِ .
Translation
Ali, from his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘(You can) delete the Book of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> the Exalted and His<sup>azwj</sup> Mention with the cleanest of what you can find’, and he<sup>saww</sup> forbade to burn the Book of Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, and forbade from deleting with the pens’.
