John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَسْتَنْجِيَ بِأَيِّمَا يَبْدَأُ بِالْمَقْعَدَةِ أَوْ بِالْإِحْلِيلِ فَقَالَ بِالْمَقْعَدَةِ ثُمَّ بِالْإِحْلِيلِ .


Translation

Ahmad Bin Idrees from Muhammad Bin Ahmad, from Ahmad Bin Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Amro Bin Saeed, from Musaddaq Bin Sadaqa, from Ammar Al Sabaty, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked about the man when he intends to cleanse himself, with which of the two should he begin with, the back part or the front?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘With the back part, then with the front part’.
