John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) أَنَّ أُنَاساً يَقُولُونَ إِنَّ بَطْنَ الْأُذُنَيْنِ مِنَ الْوَجْهِ وَ ظَهْرَهُمَا مِنَ الرَّأْسِ فَقَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمَا غَسْلٌ وَ لَا مَسْحٌ .


Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Fazzal, from Ibn Bukeyr, from Zurara who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> that people are saying that the interior of the two ears are from the face, and the backs of these two are from the head. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is neither a washing upon these two nor a wiping’.
