قُلْتُ لَهُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ أَغْتَسِلُ فِي الْكَنِيفِ الَّذِي يُبَالُ فِيهِ وَ عَلَيَّ نَعْلٌ سِنْدِيَّةٌ فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ الْمَاءُ الَّذِي يَسِيلُ مِنْ جَسَدِكَ يُصِيبُ أَسْفَلَ قَدَمَيْكَ فَلَا تَغْسِلْ قَدَمَيْكَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Abu Yahya Al Wasity, from Hisham Bin Salim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I said to him<sup>asws</sup>, ‘May I be sacrificed for you<sup>asws</sup>! Can I wash in the bathroom which I urinate in and upon me are slippers (made in) Sind?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If it was such that the water which flowed from your body hits the bottom of your feet, so do not wash your feet’.
