John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَمَّنْ قَرَأَ فِي الْمُصْحَفِ وَ هُوَ عَلَى غَيْرِ وُضُوءٍ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ وَ لَا يَمَسَّ الْكِتَابَ .


Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Al Husayn Bin Mukhtar, from Abu Baseer who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about the one who recites the Parchment and he is without an Ablution <span class="iTxt">(Wudhu)</span>. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem, but he should not touch the Book (Quran)’.
