سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ كَانَ فِي سَفَرٍ وَ كَانَ مَعَهُ مَاءٌ فَنَسِيَهُ وَ تَيَمَّمَ وَ صَلَّى ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ أَنَّ مَعَهُ مَاءً قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ الْوَقْتُ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ وَ يُعِيدَ الصَّلَاةَ قَالَ وَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ تَيَمُّمِ الْحَائِضِ وَ الْجُنُبِ سَوَاءٌ إِذَا لَمْ يَجِدَا مَاءً قَالَ نَعَمْ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Usman Bin Isa, from Ibn Muskan, from Abu Baseer who said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about a man who was in a journey and with his was some water, but he forgot it and performed <span class="iTxt">Tayammum</span> and prayed <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>. Then he remember that with him was some water before the exit of the time (of the <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>). He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Upon him is that he should perform Ablution <span class="iTxt">(Wudhu)</span> and repeat the <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>’. He (the narrator) said, ‘And I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about the <span class="iTxt">Tayammum</span> of the menstruating woman and the one with sexual impurity was the saw when they cannot find the water?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes’.
