إِنْ كَانَتِ الْأَرْضُ مُبْتَلَّةً وَ لَيْسَ فِيهَا تُرَابٌ وَ لَا مَاءٌ فَانْظُرْ أَجَفَّ مَوْضِعٍ تَجِدُهُ فَتَيَمَّمْ مِنْ غُبَارِهِ أَوْ شَيْءٍ مُغْبَرٍّ وَ إِنْ كَانَ فِي حَالٍ لَا تَجِدُ إِلَّا الطِّينَ فَلَا بَأْسَ أَنْ تَتَيَمَّمَ بِهِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Abdullah Bin Al Mugheira, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If it was so that the earth was wet and there was not dust therein nor any water, so look around for the most dry of places you can find, then perform <span class="iTxt">Tayammum</span> from its dust or something covered in dust; and if it was is a situation where you cannot find except for the clay, then there is no problem if you were to perform <span class="iTxt">Tayammum</span> with it’.
