سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ يُجَامِعُهَا زَوْجُهَا فَتَحِيضُ وَ هِيَ فِي الْمُغْتَسَلِ تَغْتَسِلُ أَوْ لَا تَغْتَسِلُ قَالَ قَدْ جَاءَهَا مَا يُفْسِدُ الصَّلَاةَ فَلَا تَغْتَسِلُ.

محمد بن یحیی، احمد بن محمد سے، وہ علی بن الحکم سے، وہ عبداللہ بن یحیی الکاہلی سے، وہ ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے، انہوں نے کہا: میں نے ان سے اس عورت کے بارے میں پوچھا جس سے اس کے شوہر نے جماع کیا، پھر اسے غسل خانے میں حیض آ گیا — کیا وہ غسل کرے یا نہ کرے؟ آپ نے فرمایا: اس کے پاس وہ چیز آ گئی جو نماز کو باطل کرتی ہے، پس وہ غسل نہ کرے۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Abdullah Bin Yahya Al Kahily, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about the woman who copulates with her husband, and (then) she menstruates while she is in the bathroom. Should she wash or not wash?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There has come to her what spoils her <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>, so she does not (need to) wash (for the <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>)’.
