سَأَلْتُ أَبَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ نَفِسَتْ فَمَكَثَتْ ثَلَاثِينَ يَوْماً أَوْ أَكْثَرَ ثُمَّ طَهُرَتْ وَ صَلَّتْ ثُمَّ رَأَتْ دَماً أَوْ صُفْرَةً قَالَ إِنْ كَانَتْ صُفْرَةً فَلْتَغْتَسِلْ وَ لْتُصَلِّ وَ لَا تُمْسِكْ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Al Fazl Bin Shazaan and Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, altogether from Safwan Bin Yahya, from Abdul Rahman Bin Al Hajjaj who said, ‘I asked Abu Ibrahim<sup>asws</sup> (7<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) about a woman who had post-childbirth bleeding (<span class="iTxt">Nafsa’a</span>). So she remained as such for thirty days or more, then she was clean, and she prayed <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>. Then she saw blood, or yellowness. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If it was yellowness, so let her wash, and let her pray <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>, and she should not refrain from the <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>’.
