كَانَ فِيمَا نَاجَى بِهِ مُوسَى رَبَّهُ أَنْ قَالَ يَا رَبِّ مَا بَلَغَ مِنْ عِيَادَةِ الْمَرِيضِ مِنَ الْأَجْرِ فَقَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ أُوَكِّلُ بِهِ مَلَكاً يَعُودُهُ فِي قَبْرِهِ إِلَى مَحْشَرِهِ .

محمد بن یحیی نے احمد بن محمد سے، انہوں نے ابن سنان سے، انہوں نے ابو الجارود سے، انہوں نے ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا: جن باتوں میں موسیٰ نے اپنے رب سے مناجات کی، اس میں یہ بھی تھا کہ انہوں نے کہا: اے رب! مریض کی عیادت کا کتنا اجر ملتا ہے؟ تو اللہ عزوجل نے فرمایا: میں اس کے ساتھ ایک فرشتہ مقرر کروں گا جو اس کی قبر میں محشر تک اس کی عیادت کرتا رہے گا۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Sinan, from Abu Al Jaroud, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘It was in what Musa<sup>as</sup> whispered with to his<sup>as</sup> Lord<sup>azwj</sup>, that he<sup>as</sup> said: ‘O Lord<sup>azwj</sup>! What Recompense would reach the one who visits the sick one?’ So Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic Said: “I<sup>azwj</sup> would Allocated an Angel with him, visiting him in his grave up to his Resurrection’.
