John Shaqi

لَا يَنْبَغِي لِأَحَدٍ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ الْقَبْرَ فِي نَعْلَيْنِ وَ لَا خُفَّيْنِ وَ لَا عِمَامَةٍ وَ لَا رِدَاءٍ وَ لَا قَلَنْسُوَةٍ .


Translation

A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Abdul Aziz Al Abdy, from Ibn Abu Yafour, from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘It is not befitting for anyone that he should enter the grave wearing slippers, nor socks, nor a turban, nor a cloak, nor a cap’.
