قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) نَحْنُ قَوْمٌ فَرَضَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ طَاعَتَنَا لَنَا الْأَنْفَالُ وَ لَنَا صَفْوُ الْمَالِ وَ نَحْنُ الرَّاسِخُونَ فِي الْعِلْمِ وَ نَحْنُ الْمَحْسُودُونَ الَّذِينَ قَالَ اللَّهُ أَمْ يَحْسُدُونَ النَّاسَ عَلى ما آتاهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ .

ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: 'ہم ایک ایسی قوم ہیں جن کی اطاعت اللہ عزوجل نے فرض کی ہے۔ انفال ہمارے لیے ہیں، اور مال کا صفوہ (بہترین حصہ) ہمارے لیے ہے، اور ہم علم میں راسخ ہیں، اور ہم وہ محسود ہیں جن کے بارے میں اللہ نے فرمایا: "یا وہ لوگوں سے اس چیز پر حسد کرتے ہیں جو اللہ نے انہیں اپنے فضل سے دی ہے؟"
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Abu Umeyr, from Sayf Bin Ameyra, from Abu Al Sabbah Al Kinany who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘We<sup>asws</sup> are a people, Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic Necessitated obedience to us<sup>asws</sup>. For us<sup>asws</sup> are the spoils of war, and for us<sup>asws</sup> is the clean wealth, and we<sup>asws</sup> are the ones deeply rooted in the knowledge, and we<sup>asws</sup> are the envied ones for whom Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Said <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:4#h54"><a href="/books/quran:4#h54">[4:54]</a></a> Or do they envy the people for what Allah has given them of His grace?</span>’.
