لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يُؤَذِّنَ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ غَيْرِ وُضُوءٍ وَ لَا يُقِيمُ إِلَّا وَ هُوَ عَلَى وُضُوءٍ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby who said, ‘There is no problem if the man were to recite the <span class="iTxt">Azān</span> without being in ablution, but he cannot recite an <span class="iTxt">Iqamah</span> unless he was upon an ablution’.
