John Shaqi

قُلْتُ لَهُ يُؤَذِّنُ الرَّجُلُ وَ هُوَ عَلَى غَيْرِ الْقِبْلَةِ قَالَ إِذَا كَانَ التَّشَهُّدُ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْقِبْلَةِ فَلَا بَأْسَ .


Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I said to him<sup>asws</sup>, ‘Can the man recite the <span class="iTxt">Azān</span> and he is upon other than the Qiblah?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If it was so that the testimonies were borne facing the Qiblah, there would be no problem’.
