يَجُوزُ لِلْمَرِيضِ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ فِي الْفَرِيضَةِ فَاتِحَةَ الْكِتَابِ وَحْدَهَا وَ يَجُوزُ لِلصَّحِيحِ فِي قَضَاءِ صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ بِاللَّيْلِ وَ النَّهَارِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘It is allowed for the sick person that he recites in the Obligatory (<span class="iTxt">Salāt</span>), the Opening of the Book (Chapter 1) only, and it is (also) allowed for the healthy one regarding the payback of the outstanding <span class="iTxt">Salāt</span>, the Optional one at night and during the day’.
