قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) دَعَا أَبِي بِالْخُمْرَةِ فَأُبْطِأَتْ عَلَيْهِ فَأَخَذَ كَفّاً مِنْ حَصًى فَجَعَلَهُ عَلَى الْبِسَاطِ ثُمَّ سَجَدَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Sinan, from Ibn Muskan, from Al Halby who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘My<sup>asws</sup> father<sup>asws</sup> called for the ‘Khumra’ (a small piece of flax to perform <span class="iTxt">Sajdah</span> upon), but I<sup>asws</sup> was slow upon it, so he<sup>asws</sup> grabbed a handful of pebbles and made these to be upon the carpet, then perform <span class="iTxt">Sajdah</span>d’.
