John Shaqi

قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) أَقْرَأُ فِي التَّشَهُّدِ مَا طَابَ فَلِلَّهِ وَ مَا خَبُثَ فَلِغَيْرِهِ فَقَالَ هَكَذَا كَانَ يَقُولُ عَلِيٌّ ( عليه السلام ) .


Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Nu’man, from Dawood Bin Farqad, from Yaqoub Bin Shuayb who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘Recite in the <span class="iTxt">Tashahhud</span>, ‘Whatever is good, so it is for Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, and whatever is bad, so it is for others’?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Like this is what Ali<sup>asws</sup> was saying’.
