قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) إِذَا كُنْتَ فِي صَفٍّ فَسَلِّمْ تَسْلِيمَةً عَنْ يَمِينِكَ وَ تَسْلِيمَةً عَنْ يَسَارِكَ لِأَنَّ عَنْ يَسَارِكَ مَنْ يُسَلِّمُ عَلَيْكَ وَ إِذَا كُنْتَ إِمَاماً فَسَلِّمْ تَسْلِيمَةً وَ أَنْتَ مُسْتَقْبِلُ الْقِبْلَةِ .
Translation
And by this chain, from Ibn Muskan, from Abu Baseer who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Whenever you were in a row, so greet (<span class="iTxt">Salām</span>) with a greeting from your right, and a greeting from your left, because on your left is the one who is greeting upon you; and when you were the prayer leader and you greet, so greet while you are facing the Qiblah’.
