John Shaqi

فِي الرَّجُلِ يُصَلِّي فَلَمْ يَفْتَتِحْ بِالتَّكْبِيرِ هَلْ تُجْزِئُهُ تَكْبِيرَةُ الرُّكُوعِ قَالَ لَا بَلْ يُعِيدُ صَلَاتَهُ إِذَا حَفِظَ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يُكَبِّرْ .


Translation

Al Husayn Bin Muhammad Al Ashary, from Abdullah Bin Aamir, from Ali Bin Mahziyar, from Fazalat, from Aban, from Al Fazl Bin Abdul Malik, or Ibn Abu Yafour, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said regarding the man who prays a <span class="iTxt">Salāt</span> but did not open it with the exclamation of <span class="iTxt">Takbīr</span>, would the exclamation of <span class="iTxt">Takbīr</span> of the <span class="iTxt">Rukū</span> suffice him?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘No, but he should repeat his <span class="iTxt">Salāt</span> when he remembers that he did not exclaim <span class="iTxt">Takbīr</span>’.
