إِنَّ اللَّهَ فَرَضَ الرُّكُوعَ وَ السُّجُودَ وَ الْقِرَاءَةُ سُنَّةٌ فَمَنْ تَرَكَ الْقِرَاءَةَ مُتَعَمِّداً أَعَادَ الصَّلَاةَ وَ مَنْ نَسِيَ الْقِرَاءَةَ فَقَدْ تَمَّتْ صَلَاتُهُ وَ لَا شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Al Fazl Bin Shazaan, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Rabie Bin Abdullah, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) having said: ‘Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Necessitated the <span class="iTxt">Rukū</span> and the <span class="iTxt">Sajdah</span>, and the recitation is a Sunnah. So the one who neglects the recitation deliberately should repeat the <span class="iTxt">Salāt</span>, and the one who forgets the recitation, so he has completed his <span class="iTxt">Salāt</span> and there is nothing upon him’.
