إِذَا كُنْتَ لَا تَدْرِي أَرْبَعاً صَلَّيْتَ أَوْ خَمْساً فَاسْجُدْ سَجْدَتَيِ السَّهْوِ بَعْدَ تَسْلِيمِكَ ثُمَّ سَلِّمْ بَعْدَهُمَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When it was so that you did not know whether you had prayed four (<span class="iTxt">Rak’at</span>) or five, so perform <span class="iTxt">Sajdah</span> with two <span class="iTxt">Sujūd</span> of the omission after your offering <span class="iTxt">Salām</span>, then offer <span class="iTxt">Salām </span>(again) after it’.
